Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We ship to most countries within the European Union. However, please note the following restrictions:

Spain: We ship to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Exclusions: Currently, we do NOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

International: We currently provide optimized shipping to France, Germany, and Ireland.

We believe in transparency. Shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on the destination and the total weight of your order.

Preparation and Delivery Times

Preparation: Most items are processed within 24 to 48 hours. If your order consists only of products with "Immediate Shipping" and is paid before 12:00 PM (CET), it may be dispatched on the same day.

Delivery: Times depend on the selected courier and the destination country. Indicated times are approximate and refer to business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For shipments destined for countries outside the European Union (when available), customs fees, destination taxes, and import duties are not included. The recipient is responsible for these charges. Glowsfy is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or actions taken by local authorities.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly from your personal account area on Glowsfy to monitor its progress in real-time.
Packaging and Protection

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@glowsfy.eu immediately.
